PushShare 이용약관

1. iOS / App Store 버전
PushShare의 iOS 버전은 별도의 사용자 지정 EULA가 제공되지 않는 한 Apple의 표준 최종 사용자 사용권 계약(Standard EULA)을 따릅니다. Apple 표준 EULA는 아래 링크에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
2. Android / Google Play 버전
PushShare의 Android 버전은 Apple 표준 EULA의 적용 대상이 아닙니다. Android 버전의 다운로드, 결제, 환불 등 Google Play와 관련된 사항은 Google Play의 정책 및 이용 조건에 따를 수 있습니다. PushShare 서비스 이용과 개인정보 처리에는 본 페이지와 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.
3. PushShare 서비스 이용
PushShare는 사용자가 직접 등록하고 필요한 권한을 허용한 기기 사이에서 알림을 전달하는 서비스입니다. 사용자는 본인 소유 기기 또는 적법한 동의를 받은 기기에서만 PushShare를 사용해야 합니다.
PushShare는 네트워크 상태, 운영체제 정책, 앱 알림 설정, 배터리 제한, 푸시 서비스 상태 등에 따라 알림 전달이 지연되거나 실패할 수 있습니다. 긴급, 의료, 금융, 법적 판단 등 반드시 전달되어야 하는 알림 수단으로 사용하는 것은 권장하지 않습니다.
4. 구독 및 결제
구독, 결제, 환불은 사용자가 앱을 다운로드하거나 결제한 앱 마켓의 정책에 따라 처리됩니다. iOS/App Store 결제는 Apple 정책을, Android/Google Play 결제는 Google Play 정책을 따를 수 있습니다.
5. 개인정보
PushShare의 개인정보 처리에 관한 내용은 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다. 알림 제목, 본문, 앱 이름, 기기 정보, 계정 식별자, 메시지 보관 및 삭제 정책은 개인정보처리방침에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

English Summary
The iOS/App Store version of PushShare is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement unless a separate custom EULA is provided. The Android/Google Play version is not governed by Apple's Standard EULA. Google Play downloads, payments, and refunds may be handled under Google Play policies and terms.
PushShare forwards notifications between devices registered by the user. You should use PushShare only on devices you own or devices for which you have proper consent. Notification delivery may be delayed or fail due to network conditions, OS policies, app notification settings, battery restrictions, or push service availability. PushShare is not recommended as the only method for emergency, medical, financial, legal, or other critical notifications.
