앱에서 삭제하기

Wild Wings의 설정 → 정보 → 계정 삭제에서 삭제를 확인하면 현재 로그인한 계정과 서버에 저장된 프로필, 진행도, 랭킹, 보유 재화 및 추천 기록을 삭제합니다. 앱에 저장된 로컬 데이터도 초기화됩니다.

앱에 접근할 수 없는 경우

support@dosusu.com으로 계정 삭제를 요청해 주세요. 본인 확인에 필요한 닉네임과 연결한 로그인 방법을 알려주시면 확인 후 30일 이내 처리합니다. 비밀번호와 결제 정보를 이메일에 적지 마세요.

보관되는 정보

스토어 구매, 환불, 세무 및 부정 이용 방지에 필요한 최소 기록은 법률 또는 스토어 의무가 요구하는 기간 동안 보관될 수 있습니다. 영구 구매 상품은 같은 스토어 계정에서 다시 복원할 수 있습니다.

Delete in the App

In Wild Wings, select Settings → Info → Delete Account and confirm. This deletes the signed-in account and its server profile, progress, rankings, wallet, and referral records. Local app data is also reset.

If You Cannot Access the App

Email support@dosusu.com with your nickname and linked sign-in method. After verification, requests are processed within 30 days. Do not send passwords or payment details by email.

Records We May Retain

Minimal store transaction, refund, tax, and anti-fraud records may be retained for the period required by law or store policy. Permanent purchases may be restored with the same store account.
